Republic's Air Wipe Systems are engineered, manufactured and tested to provide liquid removal from wire, cable, and extruded materials using a high velocity, high impact air stream.
Republic manufactures the most innovative air wipe system on the market today. For wire, cable, and extruded materials from .010" to 2" diameter and up to 600 ft/min, our efficient single system can incorporate additional systems for higher speeds. The open jaw design eliminates the need for threading during a break or spool change, decreasing downtime and increasing throughput.
Our breadth of manufacturing equipment allows us to engineer and manufacture the additional components needed to complete your system; including the Republic Centrifugal Blower and butterfly valves to provide the appropriate pressure and air stream as needed, as well as elbows, Y-branches, and manifolds.
