Credit Application Process

Republic offers Net 30 credit to customers who are approved. To apply for Net 30 terms, please fill out and return Republic's credit application. Credit can take up to three (3) business days for approval.

Online Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we confirm lead times with suppliers or production for availability or lead time. As soon as we have all necessary lead times, you will receive a confirmation with the expected ship date for the order.


Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within w business days from the date of your order.

Return Policy

Return of Restockable/Standard Products

No product may be returned for credit or under claim of Warranty without Republic Manufacturing's written consent, authorization number, and shipping instructions. Restockable products may only be returned within thirty (30) days from the original date of shipment and must be returned in the same condition and packaging as originally shipped. There is a 20% restock charge for all returns. The restock fee may be reduced based on the nature of the circumstances and whether a replacement order is placed for the Product. The Purchaser is responsible for all costs involved for the return of goods and is subject to the cancellation terms set forth. Credit will only be issued once the goods have been received, condition evaluated, and will only be issued to the original Purchaser.


Repair Policy

To obtain service within the warranty period, first contact your authorized Republic Blower Systems dealer or the Republic Blower Systems Service Department for an RMA number. Republic's responsibility under this warranty shall be to provide an analysis of the blower, which will determine course of action. Any product found to be defective within the warranty period will merit either:

  1. A no charge repair of existing blower. Any freight charges will be the purchaser's responsibility.
  2. A replacement blower*. Any freight charges will be the purchaser's responsibility.

*This option would be chargeable replacement until the original blower is received by Republic Blower Systems and warranty is approved.

Republic shall not be liable for incidental nor consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. There are no expressed nor implied warranties, which extend beyond the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the equipment and/or its parts and components.

Request an RMA number to return your item for repair. 


Warranty Information

Republic Manufacturing warrants all finished Republic products to be free from functional defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of installation, or no longer than eighteen (18) months from shipment.
Wear parts such as drive belts, filter elements, hoses and pulleys are not covered by the 12 to 18 month warranty.
DISASSEMBLY OF BLOWER MAY VOID WARRANTY.


Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damages please send photos to orders@republic-mfg.com and we will begin the process of the freight claim on your behalf.


Trouble Shooting

Pump running hot
