2in. Inlet Nozzle Air Knives

Republic's 2" Inlet Diameter Nozzle Air Knives are manufactured out of 316 stainless steel in lengths from 6" to 36", with 1/2" nozzles spaced along the knife, and use multiple high velocity air stream to remove liquid, dust, and debris from products, conveyors, assemblies, and crates prior to additional processes or other secondary operations.

Republic also offers 3" Inlet Diameter Nozzle Air Knives, with lengths from 6" to 96".

The breadth of our manufacturing capabilities allows us to engineer and produce any components needed to complete your air knife system, including centrifugal blowers, butterfly valves to adjust pressure and air stream, adjustable air knife mounting brackets, elbows, Y-branches, and manifolds.
