Cable & Wire Air Wipes

Republic's Air Wipe Systems are engineered to provide liquid removal from wire, cable, and extruded materials (0.10" to 2" diameter, <600ft/min) while capturing and draining overspray away from the product.

Republic's Air Wipes can be customized for your application and are designed to incorporate additional systems for higher speeds. The open-jaw, dual stainless air knives, and clam-shell overspray enclosures eliminate the need for threading during a break or spool change, decreasing downtime and increasing throughput.

Our breadth of manufacturing equipment allows us to engineer and manufacture the additional components needed to complete your system; including the centrifugal blowers to power the drying system and butterfly valves to adjust pressure and air stream, and other accessories such as elbows, Y-branches, and manifolds.
