Republic's Food-Grade Air Knives are engineered, manufactured and tested to provide liquid removal from meat, produce, food products, and food packaging using a high velocity, high impact air stream.

Available in a variety of standard legnths (6-48"), Republic's Food Grade Air Knives can be effectively utilized on nearly any conveyor, mixer, or processing equipment and are designed with ferrule and clamp connections such that each Air Knife are easily cleanable and designed to make necessary inspections straightforward.

Specifically designed to comply with all USDA, 3-A, and ANSI/NSF/3-A standards, Republic's Food Grade Air Knives and Accessories are engineered for use in the meat, poultry, dairy, and food processing industries. Utilized in conjunction with a Republic Centrifugal Blower and a HEPA filter, the food grade air knife protects food surfaces from contamination during blow-off, drying, coating, and cooling applications. All of the air knife's surfaces are easily cleanable and designed to make necessary inspections straightforward.
