Republic's Enclosed Regenerative Pressure Kits provide environmental protection, noise reduction, and easy installation for industrial applications.
Enclosed Vacuum Kits are manufactured, assembled, tested, and shipped with all necessary plumbing, filtration, check-valves, relief valves, and gauges required for quick installation and easy maintenance. Enclosed Regenerative Blower Kits are ideal for applications such as pneumatic conveying, vacuum hold-down, and other processes requiring steady vacuum and airflow.
Enclosed Regenerative Vacuum Kits arrive pre-assembled, tested, and ready for immediate commissioning and start-up. Each system includes:
- Fabricated Sheet Metal Enclosure (with foam, gasketing, fans, etc.)
- Regenerative Blower (HRC or 4RC)
- All necessary plumbing and piping
- All required Filtration
- Factory-set pressure relief valve
- Check valve (non-return valve)
- Filter change gauge located externally on enclosure
- Single Point of Power and all required transformers
