Republic's Central Vacuum Systems are engineered to-spec based on the requirements of application and are offered in standard configurations that include tank-mounted and stand-mounted arrangements. (Tank-mounted systems offer decreased footprint, but are limited to duplex systems, while stand-mounted systems can be designed as expandable up to six pumps.) Republic's Central Systems utilize Rotary Vane Pumps and Rotary Claw Pumps, and are are built in accordance to applicable standards such as: NFPA, NEMA, ASME, and UL control panels.

Our standard systems can be optimized to fit just about any vacuum need where multiple pumps are used, saving money on energy costs, maintenance cost, and downtime.
Priming
Learn about the basic set-up for a duplex claw priming system. This duplex tank-mounted system utilizes two Republic RCV-250 Claw Pumps and includes a drain valve, liquid gauge, and control panel with PLC.
Impregnation
A unique modification to Republic's standard simplex vacuum system: The Republic VRT-425 is coupled with a start/stop control and mounted on a tank that's on wheels, allowing the system to be portable. The application for this central system is to impregnate fiberglass for boat molds.
Medical/Hospitals
Custom manufactured 3 pump vacuum systems for medical and industrial applications. Central systems meet NFPA requirements for use within the medical industry and hospitals. Maintain the system with no downtime - maintaining one pump while the others continue to function.
