The Republic Masters Program
The Republic Masters Program offers recent engineering graduates the experience they need to become skilled technical sales professionals.
Republic Manufacturing is looking for natural leaders who can think on their feet, thrive in competition, and work with their hands. The Republic Masters program takes formal engineering education to the next level by immersing graduates in all stages of manufacturing with hands-on training here at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Once graduates become experts in the manufacturing process, they join the inside sales team to help create solutions for customer applications while also developing their formal selling skills. After completing the program, graduates have the necessary tools to build customer relationships, solve complex customer applications, and hone their expertise for many years to come.
